Congratulations to Prof. Arthur Lau and Mr Tsang Wing Keung at Division of Environment for being presented with the Long Service Award at the Presentation Ceremony today. Long Service Award is established for expressing the University’s appreciation and recognition to long-serving faculty and staff members. This year, 163 faculty and staff members are honoured for their 20 years of dedicated services.

20 years is relatively short history to a university but it is long to our life time. President Prof. Tony F Chan extended his gratitude to all the long-serving faculty and staff members for their contribution and unfailing support to the University. Since the inception of Long Service Award in 2010, over 1,200 faculty and staff members have been recognised. Prof. Chan is very proud for the University of having so many loyal and outstanding staff.

Colleagues, families and friends of awardees are also invited to share their happiness at this special occasion and they fill the venue with laughter and joy.
