Dual Degree Program in Technology & Management (T&M-DDP) High School Student Dinner was held on 6 June 2019 to gather around 30 prospective high school students and parents. Program directors, faulty advisors, alumni, staff and current students joined the event to mingle and share about program design, learning experience, opportunities and career prospects.

 

Prof. Ravindra GOONETILLEKE, Co-director of T&M-DDP, kicked off the evening with a warm welcome to all students and parents. Followed by, Prof. Chi Ming CHAN, Co-founder of T&M-DDP, shared how the program was developed and designed to equip students with both knowledge from technology and management fields. Prof. Betty LIN, Associate Director & UG Coordinator of T&M-DDP, then showcased how the program captured the best of both technology and business worlds by introducing the exclusive courses and opportunities brought by the program. Prof. Kai Lung HUI, Co-director of T&M-DDP, also gave a brief overview on admission figures and some tips and strategies on JUPAS. Last but not least, two alumni, Mr. Sunny WONG and Mr. Jovian LING shared about their learning experience in T&M-DDP and the paths in founding their own business after graduation.

 

After the sharing part, students and parents enjoyed the dinner and mingled with faculty members, staff current and graduated students to understand more about the program details.
